Navigator Digital Service Reception is a tablet enabled version of the Workshop Service Reception which allows a Service Receptionist to escape from their desk and complete a check-in / check-out with the customer walking out to their car.
This generates a digital job card containing a digitally captured customer signature. This signs both an authority for the work to be done and another to confirm any damage present on the car on check in. A copy of this can be emailed to the customer.
Many franchises are starting to encourage the use of tablets within the dealership and in particular to not be shackled to the desk when customer facing. Digital Service Reception ticks these boxes!
